Mini-Gears

Replacement steel gears for the plastic gears used in the popular mini-mill and mini-lathe.

Note: All mini machines are not made by the same manufacturer. Slight variances do exist. For example, THMS knows there have been keyway size differences. Customers usually find a work around. Enlarging a key and a key way is the usual fix. A few minutes with a file may be all that is required. These are the only size gears available and fit the vast majority of machines without problems.

Surface Rust: The gears shown in the photographs are stock gears that were cleaned and wire brushed by me for the photo's. The gears that I ship are covered with factory preservitive but may have developed some degree of surface rust during shipment. I do not pre-clean the gears I ship as my goal is to maintain the factory preservative and provide you gears at the lowest labor cost possible. 

Any light surface rust is generally cosmetic and easily removed with a wire brush and WD40. It does take a little extra brushing but still about the same time you take to clean off the original shipping preservitive.

Of course I will replace any gear that is truely defective or you can send them all back (unmodified) for a refund.
